Pros

-Free rides in super cars -Free-flow of alcohol during outing with bosses. -Spacious office. -Good place to train your tolerate level. -Get to eat $10 free dinner because you will definitely need to OT everyday. -Hardly fall sick because you can only claim consultation fee for your mc, you have to pay for the medicine or any others treatment. -Caring bosses who will always check out on your social media status and post.

Cons

- no worklife balance at all. Long working hours. Squeeze you with insane amount of projects until you are dry. - they like to add their employees on social media and stalk them. - they will force everyone to write fake good review on Glassdoor, JobStreet and Google to increase their reputation. All the good reviews can be found posted on same date. - they like to promise a lot to the clients with free logo, hosting etc as long as they sign up. Ending up with the delivery team suffering. - never say no or reject them or else they will be biased against you. - they’ll always says nice things to the team but reports and backstab you from behind. - during year end, they will always tell u company is not earning money but then someone will have the money to change his car to lambo, buy landed house, more branded bags. - even if they give out bonus (max 1 month), the bonus will be paid out quarterly (March, June, sept and Dec) because they are afraid that people will quit the job after they get the bonus. - you need to choose the date to fall sick because even if you’re sick, client will contact you and make you work. Make sure you don’t take mc more than 2 days because no one will cover your work and once you return to work, the amount of work and complaints will definitely make you cry. - they have the mindset of hiring low pay fresh graduates to replace higher paid senior. - be prepared to be treated unfairly once you have tender, they will start to bad mouth you from the back

Pros

-Will definitely get hired cuz of their need for fresh new employees for their high turnover - your first job? No worries. Every job after this will be better and you will be thankful fof it

Cons

- micromanagement - every department is a sales department. - you are pressured to join “training sessions” led by the CEO which is just him asking you to want to be rich. - need to constantly respond to CEO’s “motivational” messages. -toxic work culture where you need to suck up to the CEO and stroke his fragile ego. - management only value old ways of working where they will squeeze you for all your energy and heart - they don’t value your leaves. You are still expected to work when you are on leave. - if you are sales, projects or account servicing, you will burn out.
