      Pros

      Nothing really positive to say about my experience. The Phoenix office appears to be well managed and well organized. The Director there appears to really care about the employees. I wish I could say the same about the Castle Rock office.

      Cons

      Contract house with direct employee salaries. Mediocre benefits. Poor management style, for example I saw one of the "Directors" yell at a customer. Unstable work load.
