      Soul destroying - walk away from the Firstsource job ad.. the reality is totally different.

      Pros

      Centrally located, easy to get to, so shopping is handy when you get your break - only take a job here if its the last job on earth.

      Cons

      The team leaders / senior staff are jumped up and ignorant. This is NOT a friendly place to work. No eye contact or even a hello from senior staff. They would NEVER get a job elsewhere so stay and make the agents lives a misery. You gave been warned.

      Jeans everyday and Monday thru Friday. No weekends!

      Extremely micro managed. Engagement is very unprofessional. They have no clue how to hire and retain good people. You have to sign in and out at your managers desk. Its almost like they don't trust anybody. This entire office should take a management class but sadly this will never happen. All of your equipment (office supplies, computer,) are used and old. They gave me a used headset Yuc! They are too cheap in a new pin for new employees. I have never been so embarrassed to say I worked here.

      set schedule, 401 k, healthcare.. that is about it. the 401k is industry standard.

      management finds a way to fire the employees that actually work hard...
