      Work Life Balance, Yearly increment, Premium insurance, Free Snacks, Leisure Activities, Gym membership, Salary above industry standards, On time Salary, Hybrid work flexibility, Career Growth, Moreover good colleagues There are very limited companies which can tick all these checkmark, and fortunately Firstscreen covers all. Glad to be a part of this company.

      Indeed, a good company culture is there because of the good management team! The work culture in First Screen is something that you can't easily find in UAE, even I am shocked that such company exist here. The work-life balance is a top notch! Everyone's just so undeniably nice. The flexible and supportive management. The salary is industry competitive. The fruits. The gym membership. The premium insurance. The fun company outings and dinner. The pleasant bright and plant-filled office. AMAZING!!
