Low moral Massive lack of trust in operators Big brother attitude! cant go 100 yards without bumping into a camera that a maneger isnt watching from home Too many micro manegers for a company that lacks money its managed just fine with less blame culture Extreamly poor attitude towards training always rushed company has lost money due to this but has never learnt from its mistakes To make good money expect long hours and no life outside of work
