Pros
You learn efficiency and discipline. A good overall insight into how a dynamic company operates. Ambitious & motivated. Good marketing strategies.
Cons
Finger pointing, blaming, and mobbing to name a few. The owners of this company are their own worst enemies. When something goes wrong its always somebody else's fault. A lot of talent has gone in and out of First Mallorca because of the inability to deal with its tyrannical owners. Salaries are fair but the level of control exercised in and out of the company by the managers over their staff is neurotic.
