      Pros

      Great money to be made. Management is very pleasant to work with. Well ran large company.

      Cons

      Minimum of 60 hours a week to feel near caught up. LOTS of paperwork. I personally found it hard to relax when I wasn't working because there is never ending paperwork to be done and you rarely feel caught up. Others felt the same way about being caught up at least. Spatering of life between work but you are free to do it whenever you want as long as it gets done.

      Co workers are the reason why I showed up.

      Cons

      They want you to make a career out of this place. If you don’t build more the 2 doors a day, they start looking your production. They only do 1 day of training and let you lose. This is a sink or swim type of work. Manager are always on there phone into the office.
