Pros

Great management with positive attitudes. Morning huddles every morning often with games. They really care about their employees. After working at the company for just 7 months, I was brought down to Chicago with my managers for their annual awards dinner. Tons of their hotels got rewards and trophies to honor them for their success. Regional managers are great. Everyone on the team is always in a great mood-hotel level and upper level management.

Cons

There were not that many locations close to where I live.
