      Pros

      Everyone is willing to learn and grow their skill sets. Opportunities to try new roles without backlash. Management cares about people. Care packages during Covid to make people feel connected during the out of office experience.

      Cons

      Singularly focused on web3 technologies. Massive layoffs when clients couldn't be found due to crypto's collapse.

      Pros

      The talent they hired when I was there was second to none. The Engineers and Team Leads were some of the brightest and most capable that I've seen in the industry.

      Cons

      Felt like upper management lacked the ability to pivot when necessary and as a result they laid off the majority of their employees, retaining what scraps of revenue they made for themselves. They put on a great show when it came to supporting professional development but when push came to shove they refused to compensate their employees for their experience.

      Pros

      Coziest team I've ever worked with. Management are engineers themselves and sensitive to the needs and difficulties faced by engineers. Great place to learn and enrich your skillset on the job.

      Cons

      Recently hit financial hardship necessitating staff cuts. Not sure how many of the great people I worked with are still there. Pay was a bit below market rate, but I considered that a fair trade for the consistent peace of mind and enjoyment I had working here.
