Pros

There is litterally none, first hour inoffice is good, then afterwards for the rest of the day, you'll be standing in a cold shopfront selling a substandard company like talktalk, 99%of people will ignore you,

Cons

Job is missold, no starting salary, you have to sell the top package 7-8 times a week to earn a basic wage, you can end up having to travel anywhere in the midlands, long hours 8-7 and could be wageless day

Hey, thanks for sharing your experience with us. We take all feedback on board. We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience with us but it is nice to hear that you did enjoy our morning meeting section of the day. We understand that the fast-paced environment we work in is not for everybody but we do enjoy our travel opportunities and know that many others do too! We notice that you have selected 'current employee' and would therefore request that you raise these issues in person so that we can help you solve any issues with us directly. Thank you!

Pros

Fun atmosphere to work in. Lots of support because someone always benefits from you doing well. Although as soon as youre doing badly and not benefiting anyone you will get ignored.

Cons

Minimum hours are 12 a day, 6 days a week. Easy to work all day for no money. Sales you make might not earn commision, customers cancel, product doesnt come, anthing that goes wrong you dont get paid. People doing well get all the attention, people doing badly get ignored. Self Employed so all expenses come from you, and when you earn around £200 a week on average it doesnt help. No work life balance at all, even social life after work is expected to be spent with colleagues at 'crew nights'.

Hello, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We take all feedback on board. We believe that we offer support to everyone and we are saddened to hear you did not feel supported when results started slipping. We would love to know what you think we can do to improve this. We believe we offer an exciting company culture by offering crew nights and travel opportunities but we understand that this atmosphere does not suit everyone's lifestyle. We wish you all the best for the future and if you have any further advice we would love to hear it!

Appalling scammers - fake reviews

Pros

Absolutely no pros whatsoever. None.

Cons

It's very clear to anybody who can read that the positive reviews of First Face are completely fake. It's a complete scam, and the job description is a total lie. This job is commission-only, with long hours standing around selling people stuff in shop entrances (y'know, those people you always avoid?!) Can barely earn anything, it's just a way for the owner to make money whilst you do all the work, similar to a pyramid scheme. Do NOT try to work for them, you'll regret it on day 2.
