      Work Life Balance, Enough Holidays to enjoy the festivals, Panky Sir and Penny Mam, As a recruiter we have enough locations and clients to work on.

      Cons

      A lot of volatile rules/decisions in past few months.

      Let's take a look at five reasons why working with FCH is a good fit for us. Strong work ethic and determination to succeed. Creativity and innovative thinking. Good communication skills and ability to work in teams. A Sense of Purpose and Value. Ability to Learn New Things.

      Cons

      Everything Perfect. Everything is fine, hardworking people are not afraid of small things, but rather they can compensate for any deficiency with their ability.

      Pros

      I have learnt so many things from this company in a short time. They are letting us learn new things, they are proving us the knowledge as much as we can learn. Not like other companies who bound their employees to learn only few things. And i am looking forward to learn more & more from here.

      Cons

      Just like pros, every company has some cons as well. The only thing i am not liking here is that we as employee have to work from home which is making difficulty for all of us to communicate. Its really hard to specify everything over the calls. Though i understand the situation we are in these days because of the pandemic. I hope everything will be good soon :)
