      Good people Not a difficult job You get Jaguar tickets and the possibility of a Christmas bonus

      Cons

      If you are offered a better position elsewhere and let them know how much the other company is offering you they will say they will match it yet fail to do so causing you to lose a better job. There is no overtime pay just overtime hours No set hours

      Pros

      Being basically your own boss. The money was good and allowed for me to provide a most needed service. The satisfaction of getting a product to it's destination on or ahead of schedule.

      Cons

      Traffic congestion. Individuals who failed to secure their loads, as well as others who believe they are invincible while driving while they text. Also those whom fail to understand the consequences of these actions, with the am out of destruction they could cause being unsafe.
