      Pros

      CEO of the company is big on establishing a positive culture, very big on recognizing his employees.

      Cons

      Managers are horrible mainly focused on blaming his/her subordinates, no accountability. Perfect example of Prioritizing task over people. They don't care how the job gets done. Don't care about safety. You will be working 24 hrs straight no rest, no sleep.

      Recognition from the CEO and the leadership team is great. Fast paced. Ownership of "franchise". Building relationship with techs and clients in your area. You will reap the rewards from it

      Cons

      Structure with Technicians needs improvements. Offices lost a lot of great people due to the structure for technicians. Not enough firepower to tackle big ER at offices. Company suffers a lot from this
