Pros
I am a higher paid employee, and my job position.
Cons
Management- You have to be careful with owners, this is a family run company, so no true HR, or employee standards are set and if you make her mad, you will be talked about etc. I left for a while due to this, but decided to come back and its still the same. Its a very wishy washy company. I just needed the flexibility that came with job title.
