I started my research career here. It has a wonderfully unique culture that meant I stayed there for over a decade. Everyone is very supportive and the work is always interesting. They trust the team to work flexibly and independently, but there always support from the wider team when needed. Always get interesting briefs and attracts good researchers as well as clients.

Cons

None really, any cons would be industry specific rather than company related I.e having to work evenings etc.
