Business outlook
Pros
As a law firm they very much care to follow the law - not just in the business of their practice but in regards to their employees as well. Great insurance benefits and sick time but vacation accrual is very slow.
Cons
They don't tend to take employees recommendations seriously, care only about the attorneys and not the support staff. Open, close work spaces make it very difficult to focus. No company culture, can be clicky.
