      Pros

      On the plus side, you get good colleagues, flexitime, a health package and travel allowance.

      Cons

      The cons, for me, were: office building - could be more attractively set out, also the WFH policy was a bit rigid, pension arrangements ditto, and the nature of the work itself was a bit routine.
