      It has its pros and cons

      Pros

      In the begining it felt like family. A year before Ieft they promoted a hard working idiot. The owner of the company can be a really great guy but one would have to assume that he just gave up. Weekly pay.

      Cons

      The pay sucks! The mgt sucks! No insurance! The turn over is high because of people that are in charge who know nothing about INS. or how to "run" a department.

      Weekly pay, Help getting licensed, Monday thru Friday work week, Banker's hours, 1099 contract worker but treated like a W2 employee, Hour lunches,

      Expected to do training after a long day and on weekends, Very High Turn over rate, Dated computer systems, Morning 'motivational' meetings, Inappropriate sexual comments, nepotism, Very Political, favorites will undermine you and make every effort to take you down, Petty co-workers, No breaks, Poor training, 1099 contract worker but treated like a W2 employee,

      Free dress code , donuts on friday, close to a mall, thats about it

      Cons

      No pto, no vacation, no insurance, no people skills. They watch every one of your moves. If you have one mistake all the good you've done is in vain. Not a good company to work for
