The atmosphere has become absolutely toxic and oppressive.

Time off but you'll use it on mental health days

Cons

Within the last 3 years the culture has changed from very positive to toxic. The changes due to reorganization and restructuring have made it extremely top heavy. There has been no effective management and the only concern is revenue and "metrics", no consideration for production personnel, morale or quality results.

Amazing work life balance, relatively low stress

Cons

Management gives mixed messages, focuses on improving efficiency without improving or changing any processes. Production manager refuses to take any advice. One engineer struggles with respecting fellow workers.
