Pros

Hybrid work and flexible hours.

Cons

Really intense about managing developers' time. Every week, you have to submit a time log broken down into 30-minute intervals what we did in the past week. Also, to work properly as a developer , you need to learn the company’s own complex protocol. It takes almost a year to get the hang of it. Plus, the protocol is non-standard, so if you leave the company, it's practically useless anywhere else.
