Pros
Fieldcrest Estate is set on 50 acres of pure beauty. The buildings and the landscape are lovely and it's a pleasure to drive up and see the pristine setting.
Cons
The management is very unstable. A new manager has fired several employees (long term employees) in the last several months for unjustified reasons. Consequently, they are very short staffed with associates who have little knowledge of the property.

Great second job. Other employees are friendly and very helpful.
Cons
Do not get many hours. Not many events are scheduled here that need a big server crew.
