- Got basically nothing challenging to do, so there’s no way to improve or grow here.Mostly just pretending to be busy to fill the time. - Even with no real work, the boss is still micromanaging every little thing. - And one coworker makes everything harder by trying to control everything everyone does. It’s draining and frustrating.
