The payment-i was paid 1850BGN when i worked there,workplace hygiene,coffee and tea ensured by the company.There are measures taken after dangerous incidents.
Cons
Bad culture, employees that work there from years and insulting others are tolerated.There are crews with team leaders that look like criminals,their behaviour is the same aswell.Not much time is given to you to adapt with the work in some crews.The safety of the employees is compromised,as there are crews that work with cutting tools and pieces and you are under pressure to do your job fast or they will fire you.The job is heavy and exhausting as most of the time you are on legs and can sit to rest only two times when you are full time aggreement.Uncertain job,as the management and job organisation is bad.
