1. Managers are very focused on employee development, and the company culture is one that really encourages learning and growth. I have found that I was given a lot of leeway to learn new things and develop important skill sets on the job. Fasten is a company that believes in people, and the amount of - what at times has truly amounted to teaching - I have received here from both my managers and my co-workers has given my own intellectual curiosity a serious spark. The people I work with at Fasten make me smarter everyday. I love working here. 2. We've seen a lot of promotions happen from within. Hard work is definitely rewarded. 3. The people who work here are very fun and supportive. We do things together, and we like to see each other win at things. I've had a lot of great laughs here.
