      Cons

      Company expects you to perform heavily. The work pressure is way too high. Management supports on face and expects you to know everything beforehand. Lack of guidance.

      1. Supportive and cooperative team (my managers and ceo have been a great guide thus far) 2. Good learning opportunities and exposure! 3. Positive work environment (everyone is nice) 4. Management values hard work and ownership (getting results) 5. Fast-paced culture helps in skill development 6. Salary is good.

      1. Workload can be high during peak periods 2. Fast-moving environment may feel challenging initially (sudden pressure) 3. Some processes in the floor can still be streamlined as the company grows
