Pros

Unlimited overtime, 2nd and 3rd shift pays well. Company is extremely flexible with schedule.

Cons

Insurance is expensive and doesn't cover much. 3rd shift is often forgotten.

Good pay, flexible schedule, genuine people to work with.

Cons

This job became very boring... quickly. I worked part time during the summer; I'm not sure how people can work full time here for years. But if you like a job that allows you to zone out and go through the motions, it is a great job for you. I personally just can't work a factory job full time. This isn't anything against Fait. Just a personal preference.
