Factor 5 was an amazing collection of exceptional people. We worked hard, played hard, and made games that mattered.
Cons
Work/Life balance was always an issue. Management did genuinely care about the problem, and tried many different strategies to mitigate, but in the end, too much ambition meant a lot of stress and crunch.
