The CEO and product manager are great to work with as a team.
Cons
The project director is a control freak, and if its not her way she will make you do it her way. She will make you feel overwhelmed and stress on the projects that you have been assigned for such low pay. She just wants mindless drone to be her little assiant, and just say yes to everything she wants done.
