      There's absolutely no pros for working at this company.

      Too many...micromanaging, penny pinching, no vision, quick to judge good ideas and dismiss any value in team members comments.

      well funded, but I really don't recommend this company

      Horrible culture throughout the company especially in Biology department, where the leadership has sacrificed scientific excellence and replaced it with manipulations, gossip, dishonesty etc.. Unfortunately all that encouraged by an amateur and unprofessional HR. If you value science, don't even bother, run.....
