Great leadership, was able to collaborate and grow the management team helped when faced with adversity, always helped teammates grow and move upward and onward, was incentivized and was able to produce results for clients, consumers and company no matter what challenge we were faced with we overcame it ad a team, wasn't an environment that limited upward mobility and helped each employee grow and were great mentors and leaders and fostered a diverse collaborative environment that was mutually beneficial and was a family away from our families, each employee felt valued and was able to get best performance out of their employees
Cons
At times is a hard industry for women but hey made strides to change and protected female staff from unwanted advances until the leadership changed in 08.
