Cons
The compensation is so-so but greatly compensated by good infrastructure and quality life.
There are issues of alcoholism and drug addictions among students particularly rich and spoilts.
The management compromises too much on its values at the drop of the hat.
1. Good job security... Very rarely has an employee been terminated and that too when there is misconduct involved 2. Enough days given to pursue research and consultancy work 3. Management is super supportive of employees and pays them well. 4. Salary is always disbursed on time (1st of every month). No pay cuts during the pandemic- in fact, the salary was released 2-3 days before the usual disbursal date during the pandemic
Cons
Very little scope for career growth... A lot of talented employees have left FLAME to take up higher positions in other private universities in India (e.g., RV Bangalore, MIT, Rishihood) and are doing well.
