      There are a couple of good people that actually try and help one another. Fairly flexible,

      COO is destroying the company. Everyone sees it. Key employees are leaving the company due to the leadership.

      Pros

      Fecon is a great small company once owned by a family and now private equity. They have a great product and are executing to take the company to the next level. They work to do the right things by their employee's.

      Cons

      None that are glaring. Again, good solid company with a great product and moving ahead to the future.
