Pros
A lot of time off is given and if you don't mind do the same thing, this is a good job. Since movement up in the company is nearly impossible, those that like to do the same thing are in and can work there for a long time.
Cons
Unless you are family your job is ALWAYS at risk. If you marry into the family or are befriended by them, then you stand a chance to move up. If you get an education, bring new technologies in and solve problems on a daily basis this will just go as "what one should do", nothing special. However, if you show up late, don't make your numbers and talk to down others, but are in with the family, then you get promoted!!!
