needed more flexibility with hours

If you are a favorite, then you can get away with almost anything, including not working, but if you’re not a favored or if you’re really smart and actually exceeded expectations then it’s almost like you have to belittle your own self to fit in. The managers are cutthroat and old news, I don’t think they have changed the managers ever and that is why part of this company keeps getting sold to third-party companies. It’s shaky at best and I would not rule out a lawsuit because these people have no idea of how HR is run or with the palsies and procedures are and so they just run it into the ground and in anyway they want without accountability. It’s a terrible place to work if you would like to keep your mental health in check.
