Pros
The owners are very passionate and caring people. They care about their clients and their employees equally. The pay is fair and there is opportunity for additional pay incentives for everyone by contributing to marketing efforts, whether marketing is your primary job or not.
Cons
For my position, there is only enough work for part time hours at the current time. This all depends on what you do for the company though as to whether or not the hours are full or part time.
