- Very nice people globally - Great reputation in Canada built over the years by former Country Management and team

Cons

-New local management lacks management experience, treats people inappropriately -Product/offering massively outdated and based on old tech that isn't relevant in today's media world -Clients vanishing -Sketchy business practices in the past half-year and when called out by clients blame on junior staff

Nice place to work and great vibe to come to everyday. Awesome coworkers with lots of best practices exchanged between all offices globally. Quarterly office parties. A good work life balance. Excellent benefits and salary

Cons

Terrible Management, managers are "yes" people to the CEO. The CEO isn't following the digital trends, therefore, the company keeps loosing large advertisers/agencies. The infrastructure is old and cannot support today's technology. Time reactions to urgent clients demands are very slow and the company is lacking accuracy/transparency. Unfortunately, there is a huge lack of innovation (due to limited capabilities) making it very hard to compete in the marketplace, which makes Exponential, irrelevant to agencies and advertisers.
