Pros
The market demand is high for the service we offer which is exciting for growth opportunities and stability for me personally. Team and leaders are all awesome. Wasn't expecting such a good culture as this is my first fully remote position.

Learning curve on understanding everything the portal is capable of since it can do so much!

Great flexibility and co workers. Everyone in the company genuinely cares and leadership is amazing.
Cons
This is not really a con but we are fully remote so we don’t have an office! I personally love it but some people prefer to have a shared working space!
