      Pros

      Fantastic place to work, with true flexibility being offered. Fantastic THRIVE initiatives too encouraging wellbeing for the whole work place. The culture is great - ENG really is a great place to work and enjoy my two days in the office each week!

      Cons

      Office space could do with some modernising, but I know the management team are looking to do this asap.
