Pros
Great small company with a good product but very poorly implemented.
Cons
The middle mgt team can talk their way around anything but have little to no idea what they are actually doing. There's no mentoring and good new ideas are brushed aside because implementing them would rapidly put the directors out of their depth. The employees who are actually doing the work have no say in what systems are used or what ideas are implemented. At least 2 of the directors are vaslty under qualified for an online product. There has been no progress since I started there many years ago.
