      I absolutely love working for Excelerated Advertising . It has so many opportunities to grow within the company. This is defiantly a career not a job.

      Pros

      An terrific way to get hands on training and learn to manage people and promote products. This is especially a great program for people without management experience to develop there talents and learn management skills.

      Cons

      It is not easy and requires hard work and a great attitude, without that this job can become very difficult. With the right attitude and willingness to learn it can be fun and profitable.

      Pros

      It is a fast paced environment that allows for a lot of growth. Everyone is more than willing to help you hit your goals which is unique. Management responsibilities are given early in the program as you are seen as a future manager, not an employee.

      Cons

      The standards are set high. If you feel you are goal driven it will have you live up to your full potential as that is required.
