      Great product. Aggressive to win business.

      Cons

      Management is very top down. They don't listen to the market or employees and are quick to blame. No recognition or training. No long term vision beyond going public which gives payouts to executives.

      Pros

      ExaGrid stands out to me because of its' remarkable consistency and product-led focus. In an industry often distracted by shifting trends, the company has remained dedicated to perfecting its tiered backup storage technology for two decades. This long-term stability creates a dependable environment where the primary goal is always to deliver a high-quality, reliable product to the customer and makes it very easy to stand behind what we sell.

      Cons

      Having a single product means a lot of repetition and lack of variety in a sales cycle. You might not get a lot of 'at bats' but when you do you can trust the tech and the team.
