      Very pleasant work environment. Nice, respectful people. Low pressure, calm atmosphere, good work-life balance. Generally a comfortable place to work day-to-day.

      Cons

      Low salary compared to the market. Limited opportunities for growth or real advancement. Lack of transparency regarding company financial situation and decisions. Employment conditions feel more like a public or governmental organization than a tech company.
