Pros
Great hours, weekly pay, monthly employee meals, laid back atmosphere, everyone gets along well and gets their jobs done. I've had some personal things come up and Skyler has been a very understanding supervisor who has worked with me to make sure I'm getting the time off I need to handle my personal business. I'm very grateful for the accomodations Skyler and the company have made for me. One of the best places I've ever worked!
Cons
It can get hot in the summer... As long as you stay hydrated and take breaks to cool off in the break room areas your good. Sometimes parking can be rough but they just put in a new parking lot across the street.

Great pay, benefits, leadership is always connecting with employees on a warm and welcoming level. it’s like a big family, they are very understanding and even bring food for us monthly. It’s a constantly growing company and they are always helping you grow with it!
Cons
It can get a little hot on the shop floor in the summer
