Run by egotistical dictators. You can’t send your own emails. Management are brutal bullies who operate through fear. They humiliate staff and waste time with pointless meetings just to feed their overinflated egos. They started this agency because they were inadequate in the industry. There’s no real HR. If you work here, you’ll leave with PTSD. You can’t talk to colleagues because everyone’s scared you’re colluding with one another. You don’t get lunch breaks, and if you take them, they make you feel guilty. The managers are washed up and stay because no one else would have them. Which is a deep shame because the staff (other than directors and managers) are great people - though they don’t last long
