Loads to learn and contribute. High level of job satisfaction. Peers and fellow co-workers are young, energetic and knows how to work hard and have fun.

Cons

Precisely the youthfulness of the work environment. Not everyone has sufficient work experiences and exposure to know how a corporation should be properly run. Managers may not necessarily know what they are doing albeit having their hearts in the right places. Pays decent but could do better.

Vibrant, trendy office. Fast-paced. Great cafe in the building lobby.

Cons

Lack of empathy for employee needs and/or situations. Very poor communication. Managing Director works remotely and is only available via phone or email, which he often hides behind, refusing to address people or situations directly.
