Interesting place to work, because they are in a technological intersection. Company founders have a few sources of income and are trying to find more revenue in another field. This is an opportunity for new talents.
Cons
If you are even a talent, you won't be paid well and management is lower than average. Watch your mouth, for they are listening and will make action on private shared opinions. If you don't like anything about the company, don't share your opinion out loud for you will be fired.

Cons
For some countries, the salary is too small.
