This company is going places and fast. EverBlocks are fun, cool, useful and in amazingly high demand. EverBlocks are a new product in a completely new market segment, that means that at least for now we are the first people to ever do the jobs we are doing! If you really like being a self-starting trailblazer this place is for you. There is always a new thing to learn and do, and every individual achievement is really felt and celebrated by the whole company, as well as our international partners. Whether that is some revised procurement strategy, a simpler cost spreadsheet, a viral marketing tweet, a perfect block wall design, or making a complex shipment look easy, we are are genuinely happy when it comes off. Conversely, we also recognize that we are often moving and growing so fast that not everything will. But really best part about working here is that the blocks make people really genuinely joyful.

I entered EverBlock with extreme excitement, but did have some thoughts about how to market large plastic building blocks... That concern was squashed after my very first day with the company. I entered into EverBlock which recently had a few pieces of content go viral online, with over100M views and counting. This generated thousands of inquiries and messages and each needed attention. The idea of EverBlock people fell insanely in love with, and it was easy to see why! EverBlock is a young company (almost 3 years old) started by a serious and serial entrepreneur. What makes working at EverBlock so fantastic is management and their mentality around ideas, innovation, exposure, product quality and work ethic. NO idea is a bad idea and each employee is involved in just about every upper management decision. This fosters creativity and allows each employee to feel like they are not just an employee, but a true value to the company and it's day to day operations. Managements ongoing idea of innovation is inspiring and they continue to surprise employees with creative and resourceful ways to deepen the EverBlock brand. Currently with over 27 active Agents around the world representing EverBlock, the company has officially established itself as a global brand and continues to grow.
