Pros

Only if you are good at licking then you are in safe zone. You will get whatever you want and no body will ever fire you even if you don't work.

Cons

1. They hire managers to manage manages. 2. Each manager care about self marketing, don't bother about team members. No one is there is listen your voice. All managers has zero power in this company, may be that could be the reason they do self marketing instead of leading the teams and raising their voice to higher management. 3. If you are a developer make sure you hate coding. You won't get chance to do much coding here. All you will be doing the packing and build the code developed in France. So most of the dev team members here do either QA tasks(test the code written by French team) or work as build engineer. 4. Even QA is done on ad hoc basis. Here they do all manual testing,t hey have plans to do automation testing by 2050. 5. Dev team has to work in multiple products. Which is not good. Its like musical chair for them. Each Sprint they work on different product. So no career growth. 6. They have funds to buy new companies but not to give good hikes to existing employees. Hikes here are worst than service based companies, forget about comparing them with a product company.

Pros

As of now nothing is positive except for bpms product execution. Although management thinks they are trying to control by hiring manager of managers instead of improving quality of execution and planning.

Cons

All blame to management: > No vision > Below standard appraisal. > They do not do investment for talent. > Planning is too poor, nothing in control. > They say they work to develop things like MVP, but fact is in last 2 years they have not achieved to develop anything as end product even on smaller scale in microservice. > They do not know how to distribute work. > In the name of requirement for new microservice here project manager gives only one line summary, they should learn from bpms product managers. > Politics and only politics is left in this company. > Management is not utilizing the resource properly.
