- wonderful positive people - Paychecks represents how hard you work - great relationships with retail locations - invited to great events to connect with others and learn more about business - a lot of one on one with the director of the company - rapid development - see alot of growth within self - creates Job opportunity that I didn't think I could reach - BONUSES !!! - Free traveling on company expense - build great business partners/ friends

- get out of comfort zone - not for those who don't like talking to people - does pay well if you don't like putting in work
