The pay was better than other employers.

Cons

There is no racial and religious diversity. Those who were hired from black origin were so dissatisfied, they left soon after being hired. There is culture in the company and whatever it is, is focused on the benefit and promotion of white people. The number of white people far outdoes those of others and this is so unfair and unengaging for minorities.
